Q: Do you supply golf clubs, or should I bring my own?
A: For lessons at the Swing Lab (golf simulator), PSG Golf offers golf clubs for your use (free of charge) to use during your lesson. For golf lessons outdoor, at the golf course, students may use their own clubs, or may rent clubs at the course. Note: if you are planning to rent clubs, please arrive 20-minutes early for your lesson.
Q: I don’t have any clubs, where can I rent them?
A: All outdoor PSG Golf lessons offer golf club rentals (additional fee, paid directly by students to the Golf Club).

PSG Golf would be happy to assist students in purchasing their own set as well.
Q: What else should I bring to my lesson?
A: No need to bring anything for your lesson as PSG Golf will provide golf balls and golf tee’s for indoor and outdoor golf lessons.
Q: What should I wear to my lesson?
A: There is no dress code for the Swing Lab (golf simulator). For outdoor golf lessons at the golf clubs, the clubs prohibit jeans. Wear what will be comfortable to you, and that allows freedom of movement for your best golf swing. Golf shoes (with or without golf spikes) are a good options for outdoor lessons on the golf course. Other comfortable rubber-sole shoes (sneakers) are also a good option for outdoor lessons. No spikes are allowed in the Swing Lab (golf simulator).
Q: Is the outdoor lesson “rain or shine”?
A: Generally, outdoor lessons will resume if there is mild rain. In the case of a very heavy rain or thunderstorms, outdoor lessons will be rescheduled or moved to the Swing Lab (golf simulator).
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: There is a $25 charge if a lesson is cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled lesson.
Q: May I bring a friend/spouse/child to the lesson with me (to observe)?
A: Friend/Spouse/Child/Parent are more than welcome to join for lessons.
Q: Should I arrive early to my lesson?
A: Yes, we recommend you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled golf lesson, to warm up or stretch before your lesson begins.
Q: If I arrive late, can we still have the full 1-hour lesson?
A: Due to scheduling conflicts, PSG Golf will need to end lessons at it’s scheduled end-time.

Q: Can we do the Swing Lab (golf simulator) at another golf simulator location (by others)?
A: The Swing Lab (golf simulator) lessons need to be at our location in Queensbury, as we have the swing camera’s and launch monitor professionally set up to be analyzed by our Golf Professional.
Q: Can we have the lesson at my golf club (or at my favorite golf course)?
Yes! As long as the course is within 25 miles of downtown Glens Falls, NY.
Q: Are the golf lessons mostly “hands on” with actual play/swing, or more “classroom-style”?
A: Our lessons are “hands on”. Be prepared to use training aids and take about as many swings as one would expect, when at the golf range with a large bucket of golf balls.
Q: Can my lesson be recorded by video? If yes, is there an additional fee for receiving the video?
A: After an indoor swing Lab (golf simulator) lesson, students will receive an emailed report showing all their swing data with personalized notes from our professional.
